Hi, I’m Jen, the Director of On the Upside. I am an experienced Consultant and Engagement Manager with a 15-year track record of creating value.

I help organisations enhance the performance of core value chain functions. I’m able to integrate traditionally siloed projects with revenue-driven business operations – as well as Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) priorities, amplifying impact and ensuring sustainability. 

I am an entrepreneur and eternal opportunity-seeker by nature, and founded On the Upside inspired by the success I’ve enjoyed approaching challenges – even tricky ones – with a sense of energy and optimism.

I’ve worked with some very cool people over the years, and through On the Upside, I subcontract to a network of specialists who contribute as needed on sector-specific client projects.
